Enchant Seed Cleaning Co-Op is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations at our million-bushel-per-year seed cleaning facility, including 100,000 bushels of seed protection application annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the seed cleaning and treating plant
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational
• Oversee and coordinate with staff and seasonal workers
• Maintain safety standards and operational efficiency
• Work closely with producers and customers to ensure quality service

Who You Are:

• A motivated individual with strong leadership and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an agricultural or industrial setting
• Mechanical or plant operations experience is an asset
• Willing to learn and grow into the role
