Enchant Seed Cleaning Co-Op is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations at our million-bushel-per-year seed cleaning facility, including 100,000 bushels of seed protection application annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the seed cleaning and treating plant
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operational
- Oversee and coordinate with staff and seasonal workers
- Maintain safety standards and operational efficiency
- Work closely with producers and customers to ensure quality service
Who You Are:
- A motivated individual with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an agricultural or industrial setting
- Mechanical or plant operations experience is an asset
- Willing to learn and grow into the role

SEED PLANT MANAGER – FULL-TIME POSITION- MOUNTAINVIEW SEED CLEANING CO-OP
Career Opportunity: Full-Time Seed Plant Manager 
Location: Carstairs, Alberta
Company: Mountainview Seed Cleaning Co-op
Mountainview Seed Cleaning Co-op is currently seeking a Full-Time Seed Plant Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our seed cleaning facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a solid background in grain handling, seed processing, or agriculture, who also brings strong leadership abilities and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the seed cleaning plant
- Lead and supervise plant staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate seed cleaning schedules and logistics
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, farmers, and vendors
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in agriculture, seed/grain handling, or plant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Customer-focused, with a collaborative attitude
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with troubleshooting equipment
